Audiovox has released DFL01, the first portable FLO TV with integrated DVD player. Audiovox DFL01 was shown at CES in January ago, and today it is available to order for $199.95 at HSN site.

The Audiovox DFL01 features a 7-inch 480 x 234 LCD display, a built-in FLO TV tuner, three months of free FLO TV service (it’ll cost you $14.99 a month after that) and of course a built-in DVD player that supporting DVDs and CDs disc, a built-in stereo speakers, TV out, two mini USB inputs, two headphone jacks and composite video out.
