Samsung Electronics has announced the availability of the latest Portable Blu-Ray Player, the Samsung BD-C8000. The Samsung BD-C8000 is the World’s first portable Blu-ray player with 3D capability.

This Blu-ray player provide 1080p HD video and capable to play 3D movie when you are connected to a 3D-capable TV, but you will require a 3D glasses to enjoy your 3D movie.

The Samsung BD-C8000 features a 10.1-inch screen that only capable to displaying movies in 2D, it offers Wi-Fi for BD-Live and HDMI output. The BD-C8000 Portable Blue-Ray player will cost  you at $500. However if you purchase this Blu-ray player at Amazon site , it will cost you for only $449.

Samsung also released other Blu-ray player such as BD-C7900, C6800 and C5900 with price at $399.99, $279.99, and $229.99, respectively. [ press release ]
