Nokia has just officially released the latest N series smartphone which is N8, running on Symbian 3 OS and is powered by an ARM11 680 MHz processor with 256MB RAM, 512MB ROM and a 3D Graphics HW Accelerator with OpenGL-ES 2.0 support.
Nokia N8 is practically slim, unlike the Nokia N900 Maemo or N97 series. Nokia N8 Phone has 3.5-inch 360 x 640 OLED capacitive touchscreen display, 12MP AutoFocus camera with Carl Zeiss optics, Xenon Flash and Large sensor similar to a compact digital camera, built-in 16Gb storage (expandable to 48GB via MicroSD card) and it has support HD (1280 x 720p video recording at 25 fps and face recognition technology). You also can watch TV or connect to your home theater in HD from this device.
The Nokia N8 also comes with GPS, A-GPS and an OVI Maps 3.0 walk and drive navigation for free, forever. It has HDMI video output, Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi connectivity, a micro USB 2.0 connector and a 3.5mm jack.
